In your game... any game.... what was the most psycho glitch that's ever happened to you?

Well I once had a sim who all she would have was twins. I had nothing set for this to happen either.. My game is pretty uneventful :p

One time I was deleting part of my pool while my sim was in it and they swam where there was just grass. Yeah, pretty boring
