It appears that every time I click on open TSR Workshop it just crashes instantly. There seems to be nothing that I can do to fix it so reinstalling windows 10 maybe the answer because it's terminal. Is there a way to fix this irrepairable bug or do I have to reformat my computer again?

Installing a different version of TSRW may help to fix your issue, but be warned that every version of TSRW is finicky to some degree.

Not the OP, but thanks for the link. I had no end to the problems when I installed the newest one from TSR a while back (it stopped working entirely at some point - suddenly the shortcut didn't work, then the program didn't work properly with black meshes and whatnots, and it would crash even more than usual ), so I think I'll give this one a try as soon as S4S is back up again.

I wish there was another alternative to TSRW (apart from S3PE) because it was never particularly stable...
