This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Shadows/Squares issue
So, its been a month maybe since i've reinstalled the game and i just left it like that. The differnce this time is that i've installed the last 2 expansions from oldgamesdownload and i'm using graphics rules maker, so i never had this issue.
No matter how many times i change the settings it's just like that.
