I'm curious as to whether anyone uses/has used ROS's and what you thought of them. I started a new neighbourhood a few months ago and now that things are more settled I'm thinking about adding a little chaos to my sim's lives.

I have tried to use them (as a mod in the game) but a lot of the times my pixels do something completely different and I can't really incorporate it into the game play. Mostly because the neighborhoods are so developed is probably why the ROS would probably be better in a new hood-you'll be developing it with the mod.
It depends on what you want for chaos. In my hoods, the chaos is always there lurking around the corner.

I don't think I need it - there is enough surprises in my hoods as they are. Not writing it off, though, I may try that in future.
