Default Weird transparency issue in CASt vs Build/Buy/Live Mode
Hi all!
I've been struggling with an object (a boat, if that matters) that I gave a DXT5.dds texture with alpha transparency. But it REFUSES to keep its transparency--UNLESS I'm in CASt, in which case it shows up perfectly????? Otherwise, it shows up dead wrong, with no transparency, and I can't figure out why.
I even tried to switch the shader from Phong to Phong Alpha, and that was just....worse.
What am I doing wrong?????

Try settting the same alpha mask threshold value in the non-transparent group? I had a similar problem back then and this solved the issue..

read it from here:

Ohhhhh....
And reading Pocci's post, I think I need to separate the whole mesh group, too--the leaves need to be their own group from the boat's wooden parts--I have them in the same group, like a regular Plant Decor, but cuz they're together that's probably effing it all up, too.

Thanks for the tip! I'll report back once I try again.
