WCIF workout on radio fitness mod

Hello i had downloaded a mod a while back that let you workout on the radio and gain fitness but i cant seem to find it can someone help me out please?

I cant find that option on my radio do you need a certain fitness level?

thanks but for some reason i dont get the option on the radio for workout with this mod just the workouts on the objects. I remember the mod was a stand alone mod specifically for the radio to have the workout and sometimes they would workout on their own, thanks for your help though
