Do you trust expert predictions? Which resources do you consider the most reliable?

Predictions regarding what? Weather? Economics? Earthquakes, tremors, tsunamis? Virus growth and transmission? End of the world?

Quite unusual that a new off-topic thread would be OP's first ever (and so far, the only) post.

Look on the bright side of things though - they could have been inspired by the recent rereleases of some popular games that were probably just mere predictions when the post was made.

Though, I agree that the topic is too broad. I don't believe in the 2012 end of the world crap, but I do believe in predictable outcomes of certain politics scenes and scenarios. I also keep finding ways to disprove my own predictions ("yeah, I'll make sure to sit down this semester and really ace this class" - disproved because I suddenly got interested in learning everything about all sorts of automatic transmissions in cars).
