I would also like to find high waisted, wide legged pants also like in the picture below. This pants conversion by simsoficeandfire is the perfect shape, but not the right texture. I'm trying to make a Japanese streetwear outfit for my sim.

Yes, the pants are what I'm looking for! Thank you! The shirts also match my description, but I'd like the sleeves to be a little longer and more androgynous in general. The aubrey pants are here in case anyone is looking for it.
