Default Looking For Teenage Clothes Sims 1 (modded)
I recently found the program SimLifeCycle or SimsTeenPlus as the icon states is there anyplace that still lives, that has clothes and things for teenagers?

(side note if they can make teenagers anyone know if a mod was made for toddlers XD)

I don't know of a program like SimLifeCycle for toddlers (mostly because I've never actually used or seen SimLifeCycle at all, just heard of it)... but I do remember a really disturbing looking crawling baby/toddler object... (It was disturbing because if I remember right it had an adult head?! )

You can still download the full unleashed version of SimTeen (for all games that have unleashed) and the livin Large or House Party only versions, but the basegame version link is dead and so is the permanent baby link.
