The originals are by Chinese creator called BigQ, their blog address was http://hi.baidu.com/new/pcnpcnpcn but it's been dead for years now, I think all Baidu blogs are. 
They've been reupladed to Simscave here (or if you don't have account the direct link to the file is this: http://www.mediafire.com/file/86or9...s+Lipstick2.zip
