Default Nysha's Neck Thickness Slider?
The download is still up, but I can't seem to access the page:

Likely due to Pets breaking all neck sliders, IMO.

Just tried it and it's definitely broken at the far ends, but it can have its applications in smaller amounts where the distortion isn't as bad.

I'm actually looking for a mod that fixes the 'ballooning that happens with thicker necks. Found leWing's Neck Taper slider but unfortunately it goes in one direction (thinner)- I might need to learn how to make a new slider.

I believe oneeuromutt has one that does that in the neck sliders, but not 100% sure as I haven't been able to play recently since my computer died.

Hi! I have no idea if you ever found a solution to this or not, but I was looking for this for hours on end and found that PotatoBalladSims did such a slider a while back, if you or anyone else is interested and stumbles upon this post like I did, here it is:
