Default WCIF a mod that I used to have that added more gameplay interactions to the buyable cars? You could go out to collect a pizza, visit a friend off-screen, etc.
I can't remember the creator nor the name of the mod itself but I remember that it added a bunch more uses for the buyable player-owned NL cars. It's kind of like the car equivalent to Monique Hacked Computer, if that makes sense.

I think it was an older mod (like pre-2008 maybe?) and off the top of my head I don't remember if it was even updated to the latest patch version to make it usable for UC players.

Any ideas or leads appreciated!
