I want to have an evil vampire Monarch, but I can't find any fang CC, not even ports from TS3 LN/SPN. Does anyone know where I can find this, if it even exists?

Oh, and if it doesn't exist, can I get a guide on how to make it? I'd like it over the Lipstick section if possible-- but I can't find a guide on accessories anywhere and am not confident in my skill level
