Good ideas but I forgot to mention that Kimberly no longer lives there! She married Armand deBateau and is now living with him at Cornerstone Condominiums (for now; I'm considering moving them out as well as I do not like that lot). Samantha Cordial married Gabriel Green and now they live with their children Sabrina and Fabio in the Cordial lot. I couldn't find anything particularly interesting about Samantha in the bio, but I did go the cottage route, and incorporated a good reading area for Gabriel to bury himself in a book.
