Sorry for my bad English. I have made some checks, and even without any mods, school buses and cars will not appear when I should go to work or go to school, and I can only drive to the location by myself. However, whenever school is over, the school bus comes back and brings my sims back, as if everything is normal. Moving home does not seem to be a stable solution to the problem.I moved my sims to an apartment and the problem still exists

If you use Chris Hatch's Slow Time Controller, there's an updated version that fixes an issue that can cause carpools to fail to show up (amongst other things). I've had this issue.
