True Blood marathon and apple juice :3 Sunday is the day of ultimate laziness.

I went out and got riding breeches and half-chaps for when I go riding in the very near future! Breeches are so friggin' comfy!

Well, erm, my English teacher is getting me published!

It's in a literary magazine his brother-in-law produces three times a year, and I've been offered a 7,500 word spot in it for the next issue which is at the end of this year! I'm so excited and so grateful to have a teacher willing to go to these efforts for me :3

Our largest pet store chain will no longer sell puppies!

I have full plans for my birthday money (when we get paid), and I think my dad would be okay with the amount. :D

GOSH THE EXCITEMENT!

Something that totally made my day more: I'm going to have another little cousin this fall! My uncle and his girlfriend are expecting their second little boy.

I just woke up feeling sick, but whatever, life is alright. I'm free for the rest of the week, and by next Friday I'll be done with all of my exams. That awful hot weather is gone, too.

I had coffee with a friend from high school yesterday and-
Her: Did your dad work for the FBI?
Me: Um...no...

I think she a) didn't understand what FBI stands for and b) didn't know it was American. My dad working for the FBI, HA.

I got two letters from friends today. On the left the normal friend, on the right the not so normal one. No, my surname is not MaGraw, nor am I a DJ.

My sister: "hey what's this jam?"
Me: "that's not jam, but go ahead put it on your toast"

I got an offer to do work experience at the Mercure Hotel in the city which could lead to a job just in time for the world cup :D

Edit: My friend is using a phone with 'smart' texting enabled. I just got a text which said "... Haha well if you get a job at my work it'll open up heaps of options arouses the world ..."

Two 18ths next Saturday night, both with the guy I like attending? Yes, please! I'm so excited for them.

Two things over the past few days:

1) I got a letter addressed to the Minister of Magic.

2) Did you ever play that game with a brother or sister, where you try to make each laugh to get each other into trouble? When we were younger my brother and I would play that during dinner on Sunday. It wasn't an organized thing or anything, one of us would just start pulling faces or we'd keep catching each others eye or poking each other to make them laugh. Usually it ended up with both of us trying desperately not to burst out laughing so as to avoid getting into trouble, but we haven't done this for year. During dinner this Sunday for some reason we both looked at each other and started laughing silently and then neither of us could stop. I was shaking and had tears running down my cheeks from trying not to laugh out loud or have my father notice and I don't even know what was funny. My father had finished his entire meal before I'd had more than one mouthful because I didn't want to choke. I must have looked like I was having a fit.

Prom last night was amazing! My first time in a limo. I'm so tired.
