Default WCIF an updated Culinary Librarian LTW + buyable WA recipes?
Two cooking-related questions:

1. I can't figure out how to make foreign recipes buyable in your home country. I remember a while back placing the WA bookseller register on a lot, which didn't work.

2. The Culinary Librarian only requires learning 28 recipes (any of them), which is super easy to do just as you skill up in Cooking. You learn 25 just from maxing the skill without even buying any recipes! That's less than half the total number of recipes in the game, but it gets you 90% of the way to the LTW without any extra effort.

  1. Waffles
  2. Pancakes
  3. PB&J
  4. French Toast

You can used Nraas mods to add all recipe books to your bookshelves, which will include the WA recipes.

You can “Trade Kitchen Secrets” with other sims with cooking skill, and you can often gain WA recipes. You need to have some sort of relationship with the other sim first, get to where you can socialise freely.

You can watch the cooking show on TV and pick up recipes your sim doesn’t already know.
