Want a New Avatar? I'll make one for you!
So I'm bored, I'm all done with my summer classes and have nothing to do until Fall semester starts. If you'd like a new avatar, but can't find one you really want and don't know how to make animated ones yourself (really easy, btw), then post pictures/links to pictures that you want as part of your avatar here and I'll make you a fancy new gif-fy avatar that you can have! Be sure to let me know if you have any specifics (like if you want one picture to display longer than others, if you want them to change fast or slow, etc...), whatever.

Just remember, these are requests. That means that I may not make yours, or may not get to it right away.

KtA: I recently had to format my hard drive so I lost all my brushes for gimp. I'm working on finding the ones I used to have. If you give me an image and an idea of what you had in mind, I could give it a shot!

So I spent an hour or so messing around with some new ways to glitter things up. Here's a very rudimentary (only 3 frames) example of a glitter type avatar. There's a reason you don't see many glitter avatars, it takes way more than 3 frames to make it look good and we have file limits on our avatars. For MTS, it's 32 kb and this one, with only 3 frames, is 22 kb.

Here's one that doesn't suck as much. And they put file limits because our avatar files get uploaded to the server. If they didn't have limits, they'd end up with terabytes worth of image files, taking up valuable download space!
