This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Anyway to restore witch's Ice blast spell once you unlock restoration ritual?
It seems the game just defaults to 2 spells only available on sims with MAX meter, kinda like how Bloom spell on faeries is locked if they havent spent any magic once they get higher levels of their own magic skill

However you get to access ice blast spell again once you spend the mana however restoration ritual is instead locked

I know NRass Hybrid "fixes" this but the current version still has issues on faeries thus I'm not using the mod until its updated
