I bought UNiversity yesterday and after I installed the EP I was unable to play. I could call up the neighborhood but I could not load any family. I have a lot of coustom mods, but I did not move them to the University dowdload folder. Is this required to be able to play the EP pack with my coustom content? what else can I try.

If the game just stays at the loading screen and never actually loads the lot no matter how long you wait, it's likely that custom careers are causing the problem and you'll have to remove them.

You can try checking your downloads folder, but you also may have some that have file names made up of numbers and letters that are not easy to recognize. It's also possible that you could have custom careers even if you never downloaded any because they can sneak in with other files such as downloaded house lots.

Does that mean I canot use coustom careers with th EP?

i continuously get stuck when i try to play any family. I got rid of all of my hacks and careers but i still can't load a family, it just stops at the load a family screen. someone please help!

First of all, there is no Downloads folder just for University. It uses the existing Downloads folder you already have.

Careers will not work - TAKE THEM OUT.

A specific inSIM will not work.

i have several hacks and my game runs fine however .when i first installed the new expansion my game would crash before fully loading the problem was in the dl folder and after hours of testing files i found that the twilight pumpkin (maxis object) caused my crash problem ,after removing it the game runs fine ,and like i said i still have several hacks , iwill repost the hacks that i have in the game .
