So every time the sim goes to take a piss, the mosaic gets bigger and bigger, stupidly enogh I was naive thinking it would dissapear, now its over my half screen, cant see anything of the game itself...

How the heck can i deactivate mosaic?

EDIT: Disagree all you want. But I've seen this bug posted before, on one very specific facebook page, and only there. Well, now of course it is spreading like a disease, but it doesn't change the source.

This bug only effects pirated games afaik.

Has nothing to do with EA fooling anyone. The crack in mass circulation seems to have bugs.

Saving, quitting and reopening the game will almost certainly reset it, but try going to "manage households/neighbourhood/etc"(sorry for the vagueness, the one that pulls you out of the house you're playing and lets you change things in the neighbourhood screen) and then back to your house first as that might reset it too. If not, going to CAS and back might work.

Odd glitch though, worth reporting over at the EA-owned forums if you haven't already.

As for deactivating the mosaic altogether, it's likely you'll need a mod for that(it's the kind of mod that usually gets made early on though and TS4 is a little more accessible mod-wise, so there'll probably be one out fairly soon).

It's an anti-piracy measure, likely related to the crack that's been circulating.

If you're really bothered by it, just remove toilets/showers from your household.

EA sure plays dirty, don't they. They know we hate censors so why not make them get continually bigger just to bug people? .

Everyone knows that implementing anti-piracy measures is far more important than fixing glitches and crashes.

You did the right thing and your efforts are appreciated. I got nothing against pirates (again. used to be one) and don't think they're putting nearly as big a dent into people's paychecks as they'd like you to believe. But whether or not its right isn't for either of us to decide. Seeing as the mods here are mega strict, especially when it comes to stuff like this, the thread's probably gonna be locked soon :/
