I have asked this everywhere, and scoured Google, and all I get is answers that are nothing to do with the issue. HELP!

Using the video utility in the game (like screenshots) I take a movie of something my Sims do.

But I can never watch it, or share it. When I go to the file it gives me an error.

PLEASE! Surely somebody understands what I'm asking.
