Grow them all up to children right after they are born

Divorce them after their bar is fully red
Kick out the dad
Once you do that enable aging
Every week after the dad is gone add 200 simoleons to the funds
Your YA sim isn't allowed a job
Once one child becomes a teen, s/he is allowed a job
