This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Changing game language
Is it possible to change the language in The Sims 3? It was fairly easy in The Sims 2, but when I followed the same technique now, I couldn't find the "language" file, and, well, I'm no computer savvy, I'm afraid of digging deeper on my own lest I break something. D:

Moving to Game Help

Edit: You can always try changing the Locale string in the registry (HKLM\Software\Sims\The Sims 3) but note that North American versions of TS3 have only English French and Spanish strings in them.

Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies.

Thank you!

EDIT: Uh, I don't want to overtax your kindness, but what should I write to change the language into english? "eng-ENG"?

en-US should be fine.

TS3 doesn't have a real English option, only en-US.

What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
