Movie Genres
What movie genres do you like? Comedy? Romance? Action? Horror? Sci Fi?Something else entirely? Is there a certain type of film you just love?

I wanna here about it!

Hi I'm mj2004_3, call me Melissa or MJ, and I'm also 13-soon-to-be-14. I have a You Tube account called melissaj2004 and you can check out some of my work there. Some is done with the help of my friends, and one (Let It Rock Music Video) was a joke by my friends. They took a really old video and put it up on my account, so please disregard that embarrassing blip on my account.

I like comedy, romance, action, but mostly SCI FI!!!!! Or all of them in one. I also like ones that take place in a high school because it just makes it so fun!

Ah, high school movies. Love them or hate them.

I'd say they're good, but only if they're original. High school movies are always better than high school books, though.

I love xomedies or maybe action.Sitcoms are probably my favourite thing to watch

I forgot to say myself. I like comedy, mostly, but if a film makes me think, I'll enjoy it. If it makes me think *too* much, I don't. For example, films about politics and stuff are really boring and you have to think a lot to keep up. I don't like heavy action movies because they are too jumpy. Romance? Meh. Not my cup of tea either.

Rom-coms are okay, but they're always so predictable.

Yeah they always have to make you think. And for high school movies I didn't mean HSM (barf) I meant something like the book Skate or the book Twisted. Like stories that haven't been really told before.

It's kind of embarassing but I like to watch Japanese animation (probably not the ones you've heard of...) comedies and sitcoms are pretty funny too.

Sitcoms, if done well, are some of the greatest genres in existence. I like comedy in general. Let's think... I also like SF movies, history, well-made action movies (not the crappy ones with Steven Seagall) and... okay, I'll admit, I like SOME romance films.
