I have the nvidia dds utilities! And the nvdxt application is present!
And SimPE is up and running as it should! As far as I am able to tell.

The problem comes when I try to follow guides and tutorials on enabling the 'Build DXT' option! The guides I have found, say to enable DDS Utilities under the system folder in Preferences. But I don't see any option to do so?

What I do see are the expansions I have installed, all with their correct file paths.(I did double check)
But alas, no sign of Nvidia DDS Utilities.
Am I looking in the wrong place? I did grab the latest version of SimPE via the thread(A huge thank you to the kind people working on keeping the program working). But I wonder if I should have installed an older version instead?

The newer versions of SimPE have it moved.
