Default Neighborhood Deco Quays
I’m looking for any neighborhood decorations that could work as a quay/retaining wall. I’ve tried out Criquette’s modest embankment set and Psychosim’s all-stone embankment, but I would prefer something a little narrower.

Never mind, it is.

I think if you're wanting a retaining wall, I would look at ground cover and then think laterally a bit and look at items like train bridges and so on which are intended to be buried in the landscape.
