I hope this is in the right place. How do I disable Sims from autonomously cooking a custom food? There are foods I don't want to remove from my game (or hide from the menus completely) but only want to use on some occasions when I tell Sims to make it.

My other question is, is it possible to make foods change motives other than hunger? I've seen some that are supposed to make Sims sleepy, I'd love to add similar options to foods to make them feel more accurate, such as a heavy meal making my Sims sleepy.
