Default Has anyone thought of this yet?
I noticed there are no bows for collars for cats or dogs. Is it because the game does not allow their creation?

The game doesn't allow for the creation of many things that we can (and must) create outside the game: new clothes meshes, new hair meshes, new careers and so forth.

Making a new Dog Collar.

Someone somewhere may have created them, so you could try the TS2 "Where Can I Find" forum.
I don't mind if you call me "MSD" or something for short.
