Hello
I played my game today in the morning without any problems.
But when I tried to start it two hours ago it would not do that!
An error-window popped up, but there was no text in it. no description what went wrong. After itried several times to start the game by clicking on the desctop-icon I tried to start by autostart, but this also did not work. Then I tried to start bodyshop. The error-message I got was: "The application has crashed. The application will now terminate."
After that I took ALL of my downloads out of the my documents\eagames-folder. And it did not work. So i removed my saved sims, neighborhoods, projects, houses and everything,but it did not work...
I restarted my PC several times, but it did not work.
For information: i've got the main game, university and nightlife installed, and until now it worked without problems.
I did scan all of my downloads with clean installer, but there i could not find anything which could make a problem.
I don't know what to do next or where the sollution is.
I would deinstall and reinstall, but the game and university are at home (at my parents, because i don't have much space in my little dorm) and i've only my nightlife here with me.
If you have a question about my problem please ask, i want to have my game work again.
If you have a problem understanding what i say (because of my English, I'm German) please ask.

I solved this problem...
I deleted the groups.cache and it did work.
You could delete this thread...but i found this answer only after 5 hours of searching... and in another thread that had nothing to do with my problem.
