Default Problems Preparing Food
My male sim has a level 9 cooking skill and female sim has a level 6 cooking skill, I just moved them into a new house, and the only thing they can make for breakfast is instant meal or ceral and the only thing they can make for dinner is intant meal or chef salad. Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or solved it?

Do you have a full sized fridge or just the mini fridge?

Sounds like you don't have an oven... if you have the cooker that came with Uni, it's just a cooktop not a full oven. Try buying another oven, maybe that will help. You should be able to cook toaster pastries and grilled cheese with a little grill, too, and other options with a BBQ.

Oh, man do I feel like an idiot. I did forget to put in an oven. Sorry. >.<
