Hmmm...you may need to go to the website to get the mesh - it's from: http://www.simchic.com/ OR you can go to http://desiresims.50webs.com/index2.html
and select 'Clothes', and under 'Designer > Female > Formal, it's the 2nd dress (the mesh is with the dress in the download). I hope this helps!
