Great homes! Thank you for making and sharing them. I get tired of using the houses that came with the game. And sometimes I don't feel like making new ones. You did a good job! Thanks again!

jinlover6, all downloads here are free. Only your sims pay 20K for the lot.

xtremity, "flat roofs" are an option with Nightlife. It's a cheat:
roofslopeangle ##
Where ## is the angle of the roof and can be any value between 15 and 75. It only works if you have Nightlife.

These are great houses, the only problem i had was with the second one. My sims won't go down the slope to go inside, but I rectified it by putting a door at the back of the house and lost a bit of the river so they could get there. A beautiful design nonetheless, thankyou.
