Not anymore likely than Mario and Peach getting together. Even if they did start dating I don't think it would last too long since Amy stalks Sonic all the time, plus Sonic doesn't seem like the guy who wants to tie himself down. :P

I could still imagine it happening in the ending of the final Sonic game though since in that case Dr. Eggman would most likely be defeated for good.
