This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets
Default any way to disable or remove tattoos from the game completely?
the title pretty much explains it...

Why not just not give your sims tattoos? Or are you wanting to disable them for NPCs too?
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
