Just a small program which deletes weather records in a neighborhood and all of its lots.

Since my no weather mod takes a while to stop existing weather, this would just make sure that there is no existing weather.

[Update:] Well, at least that program was easy to do. I just used it to remove weather from a neighborhood, all subhoods, and all lots. Don't know whether anyone is interested in this, but it's helpful for downloaded neighborhoods with have lots of weather.
