I have a firefighter who has reached the point where he's responding to large house fires, but the game won't give me the option to break down the door so I can get in. I have every expansion pack and several different mods, but I doubt that a mod is responsible because someone else posted a similar problem and claimed that the only mod they were using was the no intro mod.

Prove it, remove all custom content, delete the caches, then test your game. Everyone's game is different, until you have proven that's it not cc related, you dont know.
