This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Sims 3 with intel hd graphics
I have installed all recommended mods from nraas (overwatch etc), the game is still extremely laggy even at lowest settings.

I have 16 gb ram and intel i5 processor, the only problem is video card, I have intel hd graphics 4600 (2gb total memory and 112 mb vram). Minor lags are okay, but the game is unplayable right now.

What should I do?

Try lowering Edge Smoothing and High Detail Lots. Those two were the biggest lag culprit on my laptop with Intel Graphics.
