I didn't get the game from origin. And isn't a purchase game. They is supposed to be already patched. I have to expention pack from WA to Showtime and stuff up to Katy Perry.

I'm on win 10 pro.

If I get 2 different errors depending which program I open.

If I open Ts3sp06.exe I get " the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click ok to close the application.
If I open the sims3launcher.exe I get nothing happening.

I used to get the file d3dx9_31.dll missing, but not anymore it seems. I have directx12 installed. So I am not sure why it give me that error.

I tried reinstalling the game, but still nothing.

So rather than being from Origin, Steam or the retail store discs, this is a pirated game if I've understood that correctly? There's really no support to be had for those.
