Hi, elo again

Today my CAW has started doing this very weird thing. When i save in Edit world i get his error:

and then, my game starts looking like this:

and when i try to save again, i get his:

What ive tried:
Uninstalling fully
Installing with links provided on this forum
Cleared ingame and CAW caches

Im really at lost, feels like theres always a problem with this poopoo app!

It seems to me that something in your world has completely glitched the entire file.

I would try the following:

1. If you have a backup folder (you should have a backup of your world in your userdata/worlds directory), open and edit that file instead. You'll lose some progress but it's better than nothing.

2. Make sure names of world in Global Layer is same as name of the world:

3. Make sure you have separate layers for your lots and trees

4. Do not run, edit or save in EIG with any mods

Hopefully, someone else will have some other ideas.

Hi! So, its an entire new world,i built 2 buildings and it started crashing. A world i didn't make and who work like 4 weeks ago. I'll make i try what you said today! I'll be back for more news!

So, I do not have a backup folder for some reason,
the names are the same,
layers are separate ones,
i took all my mods out and its yet again, the same thing.

The world is litteraly empty, brand new and it just doesn't wanna save as soon as i open EWIG, with nothing added.

You said that a world you didn't make...? Does this mean that you're editing a world made by another person?

In any case, maybe try resaving in CAW with a new name and then reopening that in EIG.

I've been having this same problem, but I think I've solved it. When I tried placing a lot in EIG I got an error message when I tried to save. I tried all the suggestions above, including removing all my mods, but I still got the same result. I found that the only way around it was tor create a new folder in Documents called 'My Worlds' and save the world I am working on to that. Then I loaded the world from that folder and went into EIG, placed my lot and then saved. This time I got a message saying the save was successful. I'm not sure why that works, but it does. I vaguely remembered having to do something like it before, but that was some time ago - my old laptop didn't run CAW very well. I'm hoping for more success with my new one.
