This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Sauna muscle gain and weight loss
I don't like how fast sims lose weight and the fact that they even gain muscle when using the sauna. Any one knows how to stop/slow it? Already have a few mods for other Store/game objects that are a bit a cheat for how easy they make the game but didn't found a sauna mod.

Solved.
Apparently made a mistake with the multiplicator and it gave me weird values when checked with master controller.
Solved adjusting fitness multiplicator helping myself with this mod https://modthesims.info/d/525438/no...g-in-sauna.html
