The Booty or 'pirate booty' is where Pescado uploaded pay site content in protest of pay sites years ago.

One trick I'm fond of for making celebrities have random Sims obsess over them the way you might want is to actually deliberately invoke the genie's "Make Me Beautiful" glitch, where if you have a sim move to a new house while the wish is active, it will just perpetually remain active forever. Not quite as blatant as the Obsessed Fan from TS1, but still a good way to give them the kind of adoring public you might want!
