Default Fire won't end
I was playing in my Sims 2 lot but then a fire started. A fire was not intended so i extinguished it with probably the batbox or the in-game cheats. Then, the stove was still on fire. I tried EVERYTHING. Game reboot? Didn't work. shift + right click? Didn't work as well, the pie menu only shows for a split second. Sledgehammer? "can't delete object". Regular object deletion? Stove can't be deleted. Batbox force error all? Didn't work. I can't even cook with that stove, when i click a fridge it only shows the foods that can be made without stoves. PLEASE, HOW TO END THE FIRE, OR HOW TO DELETE THE STOVE?!

Which ingame cheats did you try? Moveobjects on? You should be able to pick up and delete both the stove and fire object with this cheat. If so, delete any other burned objects, too.

Do you already have a mod that enables buy/build mode during fires? If so, can you place objects? Have you tried placing a sprinkler system (in case the game thinks there's still a fire, this could potentially help douse it).
The Batbox has an option to re-enable buy/build during fires, and also exit (exit lot without saving could be a strategy here).

Since you indicated being able to save and load back in (the save option greys out when there's a fire), it's likely that the animation glitched and became stuck. This happens with breadfruit trees, but I've also managed to get it to trigger on other objects. Stuck Object Remover is how I cleaned it up.

For future fires, @jonasn Charles Object Editor has an option to extinguish or delete all the fires on a lot which is a lot more reliable than force-erroring them. You need to put one on the lot in advance.

With COE you can remove any kind of object if you select it first. The menu Remove All Fires is a quick shortcut. When you put the box down (not so close that it is obstructed by a fire) it will show you what is there in a 3 by 3 square under Select Object. Then you can select one of those things and do Behavior State -> Remove Selected Object. It allows more freedom to look at first instead of deleting all. There is also a command for enabling save if needed.

I also had a fire animation on leaf files because I stopped the fire incorrectly while fading them out. But it was gone on reload and had no impact on play.
