Hello. I want to extract the mesh from a peggy hair, but both tsrw and S3PE give me errors. I also can't clone it in s3oc. Is there any other way to get the mesh or is it impossible with this one?

Looks like something is borked. Anubis did a bunch of hair remakes, including a lot from PeggyZone. I looked, but the pics don't show after 5 or 6 pages. The hair might bbe here... https://anubis360.blogspot.com/search/label/peggy

Peggy got up to some experimental stuff with her hairs, especially as many of them predate the tools and methods we have today.
I had no luck with any of the tools I have (Blender, Milkshape, various types of conversion / data copying in MTK, SimGeom Editor, CTU), seems like this one really is totally broken- and likely unsafe to use ingame, too.

The best chance you may have is taking a look through her TS2 hairs (this may not be an exhaustive archive, there could be more elsewhere) and seeing if this is actually a conversion of her older work so that you can nab the mesh with SimPE.
