Technically I have this hair, but its lost in a merged file. My friend is just starting with TS3 and we made a sim together on my pc but they want her. I have no idea who made this hair or where i find it, but if i had to guess it may be made by peggy or skysims. I'm aware of the paysitesmustbedestroyed but if I'm wrong i don't want my efforts to find it useless. please help. heres the thumbnail and it on the sim in question. Help!
