Hope this is in the right place, I have only recently started using the forum, so still finding my way around.

I always wanted to stay in one of those overwater villas in the Maldives, but as that is not going to happen I thought I would try to make one in TS2.
I tried Googling some layouts but there are so many I decided to pick different bits that I liked and try to combine them within the framework of TS2

Starting with the BV Home that already has some water round it, I extended the deck and covered the rest of the lot with water. I tried to create an interior that looks similar to the photos on hotel websites. It should be liveable as a home for a single sim or a couple. I made the front deck large enough to fit a spiral staircase, so you could add another floor or more deck space on the roof if you needed more room.

This it the first time I have ever shared a house that I have created so hope you like it.
