If you want to see the entire neighborhood, you can download the altered file from here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=30492 (page 6) However, if you forgot to backup the original NeighborhoodCamera.txt file, and you want to get it back, save and exit your game and browse out to C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Cameras and delete that file.
