Here's is my interpretation of the sexy Mr Bill Dress, I have had it in my game for awhile now, I thought someone else might like it too. It shows up as everyday and formalwear.

I first textured it in a plain fabric, but I thought the vinyl appearance I used this time looks even better. Thank you to Mr Bill for this great mesh.
