Anime/Bishoujo Inspired Schoolgirl Uniform for Female Young Adults

I've been wanting and looking for a proper japanese schoolgirl uniform for a while and couldn't believe it when I couldn't find any. So, I decided to try and make it myself. Inspired by a uniform I saw in a how-to-draw anime book, I came up with this, using the original maxis suit as a canvas. Unfortunately, she's not a teenager because they didn't have a good enough jacket & skirt mesh, so I thought this Young Adult version would be the next best thing. If someone would be kind enough to convert it so teenagers can wear it, I'd be incredibly grateful!

Things that are missing from the schoolgirl's outfit: The loafers, the bunched socks, the necktie/bow. Wah!
