REQUEST-Goth Dresses-Jeannie Nitro Dress

This is a goth dream! This was made as a request and becuase i was inspired to create! This dress is beautifully colored and created to bring that white flesh of your sims out radiantly, and make those gaunt faces smile!!!!

I dont have anything like photoshop or anything fancy, i have tihs corel program but i dont even know how to work it yet! Hope you enjoy!
